Closer Forge COHORT is an educational program. It teaches how to research foreclosure leads, evaluate properties, and talk with homeowners. Everything in it is for learning.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not promise or guarantee that you will find a lead, get an appointment, sign a contract, close a deal, or make any money. Your results depend on you and on many things outside our control: your effort, time, skill, money, market, leads, competition, and timing. You may not get any deal at all.
3. No earnings claims
Nothing in this program is a promise of income. Any example, number, or story is only for teaching. It is not typical and is not a prediction of what you will earn.
